Question 1

What is Signingflow?

Accepted Answer

Signingflow is where agreements get reviewed, sent, and signed. AI flags risky clauses before anyone signs, and every completed agreement comes with an audit trail and a certificate of completion.

Question 2

Can I use Signingflow in Microsoft Word and Google Docs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Install the Word add-in or the Google Docs add-on to review, redline, and send for signature without exporting files. Status and history stay in sync with your Signingflow workspace.

Question 3

Are Signingflow signatures legally valid?

Accepted Answer

In most countries, electronic signatures are legally recognized for everyday business agreements. Every Signingflow envelope includes an audit trail and a certificate of completion as evidence of who signed and when. Some documents, such as wills or certain property transfers, may have extra requirements. Check the rules that apply to you.

Question 4

Does Signingflow store my documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Signingflow stores your documents so you and your signers can reach them, and you can delete them from your workspace where your plan allows. Retention details are in our Privacy Policy.

Question 5

What do I get on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Personal Free includes 10 envelopes per month, 100 MB storage, and 20,000 AI credits per month, with limited templates, AI, and integrations. Organization Free includes 5 envelopes per month, 100 MB storage, 2 seats, and 1 template. Power forms, bulk send, advanced workflow, API access, SSO, and SCIM are off until you upgrade.

Question 6

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation does not end access immediately. Your workspace stays on the paid plan until the end of the current paid period. After that date, it continues on Free with free-plan feature gates and quotas. You can also stay on Free indefinitely without starting a paid subscription. See the Terms of Service and pricing page.
